What is Partner Connect?

Our Partner Connect product is designed for the corporate travel industry to provide data transfer and transparency and simplify travel processes for travelers. Partner Connect is primarily a connector that connects travel suppliers or mobility service providers to travel management software; primarily SAP Concur. As a result, business trip details that are otherwise unconnectable appear in the traveler’s itinerary and are consequently available for expense reporting.
Secondly, Partner Connect is a marketplace where regional travel suppliers can be booked via an online booking engine (OBE). For example, we have connected the eShuttle airport transfer service to the Volkswagen Group in Wolfsburg.

Feature Overview

  • Transfer of bookings, cancellations and invoices to travel management systems (e.g. SAP Concur) improves the control of business travel activities and simplifies travel and billing processes for travelers
  • Provision of a marketplace for booking regional travel suppliers
  • Calculation of pollution values caused by the business trip (CO2, NOx, microplastics, particulate matter, etc.)
  • Conversion of environmental pollution values into CO2 equivalents
  • Possibility to donate the value of CO2 equivalents to certified environmental protection organizations including automated sending of donation receipts
  • Possibility to calculate the amount of donation to compensate for environmental pollution on the one hand and to save taxes on the other hand (from employee as well as company perspective)
  • Possibility to pay the trips, as well as the donations via crypto-currencies (see here also our product Pay Connect)
  • No redundant storage of employee profiles at the travel provider or at HighPots
  • eCharging cycles of eCars are also recorded
  • Fraud management in e-car charging cycles - so that your company really only uses the
  • Charging paid for the company car
